Heholds a BS in Mathematics, a Masters in Mathematics and Biology as well as a Masters inEducational Leadership. He has served as a secondary math

  

Doyle Vogler is the Associate Superintendent for Teaching in Learning in Lubbock ISD. He is a graduate of West Texas A & M University, Texas Tech University, and Lubbock Christian University. Heholds a BS in Mathematics, a Masters in Mathematics and Biology as well as a Masters inEducational Leadership. He has served as a secondary math/biology teacher, a high school assistant/associate principal, and a high school principal for multiple years. His Texas certifications include: secondary math, secondary biology, mid management, and
superintendent. Prior to working in education, he was an actuary for the United States
Department of Agriculture where he worked with team members to set crop insurance rates. Heserves on several boards including Community in Schools, Volunteer Center of Lubbock, and he serves the treasurer for Texas International Baccalaureate Schools.

  Leah Trainham is a native of Austin and has spent most of her teaching career in IB schools, working with Middle Years and Diploma Programs.  She holds a BA in History from the University of Texas and is a distinguished alumnus of the Uteach Liberal Arts Program.  In addition, Ms. Trainham holds an MA in History from Texas A&M Universit

  Leah Trainham is a native of Austin and has spent most of her teaching career in IB schools, working with Middle Years and Diploma Programs.  She holds a BA in History from the University of Texas and is a distinguished alumnus of the Uteach Liberal Arts Program.  In addition, Ms. Trainham holds an MA in History from Texas A&M University—Central Texas, and recently completed her MAEd in Administration and Supervision.  After a combination of teaching Social Studies grades 6-12 in Texas and Colorado and also coordinating IB Programs, Leah has stepped into the role of Coordinator of Curriculum and Instruction for TCIS.  She is passionate about working with teachers and school leadership to utilize the IB Programs in providing high levels of rigor for all students, globally-minded education and character development.
